Deborah Frances-White to Host the 11th Annual Lovie Awards!

Breaking News: Renowned comedian, writer and podcaster Deborah Frances-White will helm the virtual 11th Annual Lovie Awards: Reshape Possible.

The 11th Annual Lovie Awards: Reshape Possible takes place virtually on 17h November 2021 at 14:00 GMT, honouring the best of the European Internet. And we are thrilled to welcome wonderful comedian, writer and podcaster, best known as The Guilty Feminist, Deborah Frances-White as host this year!

Deborah’s award-winning podcast, THE GUILTY FEMINIST, has had 90 million downloads in five years, becoming a cultural phenomenon. She has toured the show around the world, including a sell-out show at The Royal Albert Hall in 2019. The podcast won a 2019 Lovie Award, the 2020 British Podcast Spotlight Award and the 2021 PodBible Award. Her independent film SAY MY NAME premiered at The Leicester Square Odeon in 2019, and her new feature film, MAKING BABIES, is currently in preproduction with Redwave Films.

Her live stand up storytelling comedy shows have been featured as specials for the BBC on Radio 4 as part of her Writers Guild Award Winning Series DEBORAH FRANCES-WHITE ROLLS THE DICE. Her book THE GUILTY FEMINIST is a Sunday Times Bestseller, and her forthcoming book, THE SIX CONVERSATIONS WE ARE TOO SCARED TO HAVE, will be published by Hachette.

Deborah regularly appears on television (Have I Got News for You, Mock the Week), radio and podcasts as a comedian and cultural commentator, and her op-ed pieces and interviews have appeared in The Guardian, The Telegraph and The New York Times. Deborah also works closely with Help Refugees raising funds and awareness and is an official Amnesty International UK Ambassador.
